Ashley Sabin

Ashley Sabin studied Art History in Brooklyn, NY at Pratt Institute. She is now making documentary films with partner David Redmon under their production company Carnivalesque Films. Sabin first feature length documentary is Kamp Katrina. A human interest story that follows a post-Katrina New Orleans tent community for six months following the storm.
She currently completed the feature documentary, Intimidad. Intimidad is an in-depth, poetic story of life on the Mexico/Texas border for a young family who are striving to accomplish their dreams of owning a house and saving money.
Both Redmon and Sabin are currently completing three more documentary projects titled WAITING FOR JONIE, DARLINGS, and MS. PEARL all of which are set for release in 2008-2009.
