Lowik Media’s mission is to develop and produce documentary films, documentary series, short and feature length films, destined for theatrical as well as for television markets. Environmental questions, sociological issues and scientific vulgarisation are just some of the subjects Lowik Media addresses.
At its reigns, Lucie Tremblay. She has been an active part of the cultural milieu for almost 20 years. From 1980 to 1990, she acquired her experience in the field of scenic arts, working alongside renowned artists and grand organisations. She was part of the first touring act of the Cirque du Soleil on American soil as well as the Grand Orchestre du Splendid in Quebec.
After having completed her bachelor’s degree in organisational communication, she is introduced to audiovisual production with Impex Productions. It is as part of this team that Lucie develops her vision and taste for documentary making, producing many scientific vulgarisation films that have won a number of prizes, nationally and worldwide.
In 2005, she creates Lowik Media and decides to dedicate herself uniquely to documentary film making, in order to offer viewers pieces that help understand how the world turns.
